Apex Event Management was founded in 2026 by Isidro Galvez, a Project Manager, former Performing Arts Director and involved heavily in the event industry, who believed the wedding industry was missing something essential — a planner who combined the operational precision of world-class entertaiment with a genuine passion for personal storytelling.
What began as a boutique practice in Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia has grown into one of the most sought-after event management firms on the East Coast, with a portfolio spanning intimate garden ceremonies to grand ballroom galas for five hundred guests.
